PHASE I
Reset
WEEKS 1–4
Correct your posture, clear your joint restrictions, and restore muscular balance so your body can move the way your swing demands.
You'll notice:Ā Minor aches and pains melt away, posture feels taller, and your swing feels less forced.
PHASE II
Build
WEEKS 5–8
Golf-specific weight training to maximize mobility, build lasting strength, and develop the stability to use it efficiently on the course.
You'll notice:Ā A bigger turn with less effort. Club head speed goes up without swinging harder.
PHASE III
Optimize
WEEKS 9–12
Develop explosive speed from the ground up. Maximize lateral, rotational, and vertical forces in the correct sequence for your swing.
You'll notice:Ā Distance and control improve at the same time. Your swing feels automatic and repeatable.
Club-in-hand swing drillsĀ are integrated into each phase to translate your work in the gym into your swing on the course.
