OffCourse isn't about chasing a single metric for a week and calling it progress. It's about building a body that supports your swing for the long term — so your good swing shows up more often, holds up under pressure, and lasts for years.

Everybody has a different history. Your timeline depends on your starting point, consistency, and training background.

This is the compounding effect of training capacity → strength/control → transfer. Results don't happen all at once — they build on each other.
